Elara Health LLC, dba Tenmore ("Tenmore," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and related landing pages (collectively, the "Site") to test interest in prospective clinic offerings. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information you provide when you interact with the Site.

2A. Tracking Technologies and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies, and we share certain information with analytics and advertising partners:
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API: We use Meta's advertising tools to measure and improve our advertising. When you visit the Site or submit the waitlist form, we share event data with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook), including hashed identifiers such as your email address and ZIP code, your IP address, and Meta browser identifiers (the _fbp and _fbc cookies), so we can attribute conversions and reach similar audiences.
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager: We use Google's analytics tools to understand how the Site is used.
- PostHog: We use PostHog for product analytics and to route conversion events to Meta.
Under California law, our use of the Meta advertising tools may be considered "sharing" of personal information for "cross-context behavioral advertising." We do not sell your personal information for money. You can opt out of this sharing at any time: see Section 7.

By submitting information on the Site, you consent to this Privacy Policy and the uses described above. Health-related responses are voluntarily supplied by you and are not collected in a context that creates HIPAA-covered "protected health information."

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes stated—or longer if required by law. We periodically review retention and securely delete or de-identify data that is no longer necessary. California residents may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

- Access limited to personnel with a "need to know."

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share certain identifiers with Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising as described in Section 2A, and you can opt out at any time using the methods above. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Effective Date." Continued use of the Site after the update constitutes acceptance.
